"Fourth grade loved diving into vocabulary this morning making graffiti walls!

Third grade has started learning their multiplication facts. We took some time today to quiz one another on our 2’s and 3’s.

We are also learning about idioms, so why not illustrate them with playdoh? Students had to create the literal meaning with playdoh, then explain the real meaning to their peers. We had a blast learning today!"- Mrs. Nye

"In 7th & 8th grade music class, we have been discussing the importance of guarding our hearts (Proverbs 4:23) and how death and life are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). They are recognizing that what they consume with their ears, eyes, and mouth, impacts them in big ways. They have had wonderful discussions on worldly music v. Godly music. They have been keeping logs on the ways they’re gradually improving their lives by consuming more God and less “garbage.” It is exciting to watch them grow in very positive ways!" -Mrs. Van Scoter
