We had six of our eleven Mathletes place at today's Math Olympics competition! All of the Academy's qualifiers were honored to represent LCA, worked so hard and can be very proud. It was a great day regardless of the outcome, but the Academy did earn one 2nd place, two 3rd place, and three 4th place medals.

Tuesday of this week I was in Harrisburg with 13 other Christian School Administrators (six had departed before the picture was taken). We met with 13 different Senators and Representatives or their staff, two of which were Ryan Bizzaro and Dan Laughlin. We discussed School Safety Grants, Increase and Protection of the EITC Scholarships, Lifeline Scholarships, and Non-Public School Nursing Services. I will continue to monitor and keep you posted on any legislation that would impact our school. A big thank you to Interstate Car Rental for loaning me a car to drive down to the Capitol.
