After a somewhat brutal month of winter weather, this early March day brings a feeling of newness, life, warmth and promise of the coming Spring season. The Pre-K & Kindergarten classes took full advantage and had some FUN IN THE SUN!

March is Music in our Schools month! I’m so blessed to teach music to each of your students in a school that supports music and the arts.
To celebrate, this month’s listening is a March Madness-style bracket. Each class, the students listen to two worship songs and choose their favorite. The winner moves on, and by the end of the month we’ll see what the school’s favorite song is! Here are the results of the first week’s listening! ~

Pre-K & Kindergarten had a special "Mystery Reader" from the 4th grade today! This gives the opportunity for older students to be in front of a crowd, get comfortable public speaking, realize that younger students are looking up to them and that there's accountability with that special role! The younger students love visitors and look to the older students, knowing that someday they will get to be a mystery reader too!
