For their science class, the pre-kindergarten students embarked on an engaging and interactive learning journey, focusing on contrasts between the winter and summer seasons. By playing in water, sand and snow, they were able to explore the unique characteristics that define each season.
Throughout these activities, the pre-k students were not just learning about the seasons; they were also developing important skills such as teamwork, communication, and creativity. By engaging in collaborative play and sharing their observations with one another, they built a foundation for scientific inquiry and critical thinking that will serve them well in their future educational endeavors.
This comprehensive approach to learning about winter and summer allowed the young students to appreciate the beauty and diversity of the seasons in a fun and memorable way.
"While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night, shall not cease." Genesis 8:22
