First grade students in Mrs. Spicher's class created structures designed to withstand an earthquake. At LCA, we incorporate teaching techniques that create an atmosphere of learning that embraces the differences in students’ learning styles and intelligences.
The Harvard Gazette quoted Bridget Long, dean of the Harvard Graduate School of Education, saying “The importance of STEM education is about so much more than just jobs. STEM fields demand curious individuals eager to solve the world’s most pressing problems.”
