LCA's Student Council President and Vice President had a "super" time at the Caring Place Luncheon last week! Our Head of School, Mr. Shatto, tried not to lose his temper...lol!
From the Highmark Caring Place Facebook Page: 120 students and staff from area schools visited the Highmark Caring Place (Erie)’s Caring Team for Grieving Children Luncheon this year. Guests played air hockey, created butterfly snack bags, and learned ways to support a grieving friend. Also, Saegertown Elementary student, Carley Mosbacher, was named our poster contest’s elementary school winner! An amazing start to our “Heroes of Hope” campaign - where we challenge everyone to be an everyday hero for the people grieving around us.
