According to Brown University, "Students learn through their participation in the attainment of knowledge by gathering information and processing it by solving problems and articulating what they have discovered." This is called interactive learning and Mrs. Spicher consistently uses this teaching method with 1st and 2nd graders! Today they were exploring and making discoveries and connections about MATTER!
