Every grade level at LCA works monthly in the Erie community mission field. Our newest middle school missions partner is Second Harvest Food Bank. Second Harvest solicits, receives, inventories, stores and distributes food and grocery products to 453 partner agencies in 11 counties in northwest PA. The students love being part of this impactful ministry on a monthly basis. During calendar year 2017, Second Harvest distributed over 12 million pounds of food, which reached at least 167,000 unduplicated individuals.
