The Academy recently released their Just Ask Annual Report which includes an Academy update!  Here's some of the amazing and even miraculous things that have happened at the Academy over the last year!

• One of the most exciting accomplishments was the Academy being awarded the full seven-year term of ACSI accreditation and receiving joint accreditation with Middle States Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools (MSA-CESS).  The accreditation and the establishment of LCA’s endowment were two major steps in the short-term sustainability plan!

• The Endowment hit our initial goal of $100,000 this summer!  Of  course, that number does fluctuate with the market on a daily basis, but we are proud of what has been accomplished and at the same time VERY inspired to continue growing the endowment as part of our legacy & longevity plan.

• With the help of Just Ask, plus grants from Toyota of Erie and PDE we now have seventeen security cameras located throughout the campus as well as a DVR for recording.

• The Academy welcomed several new staff this year:  Mrs. Evans – 2nd Grade, Mrs. Van Scoter – Music, Mrs. Stenson – Dyslexia Tutor, Mrs. Kerstetter – Kindergarten Aide, Mrs. Salisbury – Morning Office Manager Mrs. Bernhardt – Admissions & Development.  Visit our School Tab to learn more about our new staff members!

• LCA has added more sports and clubs and now offers cross country, golf club, boys’ basketball, girls’ volleyball, archery club, mathletes, choir, journalism club & student government!

• The Academy’s theme for this school year is REVIVAL!  Each month’s virtue focuses on REVIVAL and our song for the year is Matt Maher’s, “The Lord’s Prayer.”  We are expecting great things for this school year & giving God all the GLORY!
